As a snake Hybrid, Chisa has a variety of features, some easier to hide than others.
First her hair varies from pink to red to orange depending on when in her shed cycle she is. The closer to shedding, the lighter her hair is. Luckily she has a few brown wigs she can use to hide her hair.
Her eyes have a slit pupil like many snakes do but during the daytime she has managed to learn how to keep them looking slightly more human.
In various parts of her body she has patches of scales that match her hair colour. Some are more significant than others such as her shoulders, lower back, and the front of her thighs.
It can be noted that Chisa tends to have a very low body temperature and struggles to generate much of her own heat. While she can generate some heat, she is usually a lot colder to the touch than others and tends to gravitate towards warmer places to try and keep herself at a more normal temperature.
Chisa also has a forked tongue and hinged fangs. As her fangs are hinged it's fairly easy to hide them but due to her forked tongue, she does whatever she can to avoid opening her mouth.
Finally Chisa is able to produce a venom that is then pumped through her fangs whenever she bites someone with them. The venom kills most small animals but usually isn't lethal to humans and hybrids, instead causing pain, fever, swelling, and temporary numbness or even paralysis depending on the location of the bites.
Backstory
Raised by a single mother after the disappearance of her father, Chisa was always taught to be kind and to help others but to try to hide her hybrid features for fear of the royal family.
For the first sixteen years of her life, Chisa made her mother proud acting as the happiness that her mother thought she'd never see again. She had many friends and she spent her days doing everything she could to help them.
Then when she was sixteen the hunters came looking for sacrifices. Chisa managed to keep hidden away but her best friend, Lira, was found by the hunters, beaten and dragged away. Chisa remained hidden through all of it despite hearing Lira begging for her help.
Even after the hunters left with the then unconscious Lira, Chisa remained hidden, unable to move for two days until her mother found her.
Since then Chisa has been harsher and colder, gaining herself a job as a herbalist and making sure to never put herself directly in harms way.

You grew up with a sister named Lira who while you didn't always get on with, you cared deeply for. You never would have wanted anything bad to happen to. Six years ago you knew that Lira was with her friend, Chisa, and you knew that the two girls were likely to be being reckless, but you'd hoped that they'd stick up for each other. Two days later a completely unharmed Chisa was found next to a bloodstain that you were later told was where the hunters had found Lira. You couldn't understand how Chisa was untouched and seemingly completely fine and have been determined to find out what had happened.
In the six years since that day, Chisa has avoided you at every turn and even when you've managed to find her she's refused to talk about anything related to that day or to even mention Lira to you.
